Electronic Client Contracts

Rhadar's electronic contracts remove the printing, scanning, posting and filing that used to surround every new client. Rhadar gives you three seperate client contract slots where you can put in your own specific wording. Contracts are signed on the screen, perfect if you have touch enabled laptops or tablets. They are stored digitally on the client profile as PDF and the pdf is sent to the client so that they have a copy.

How it works

Three different contracts

Depending on which contracts have been customised to suit your organisation, the client can sign any of them right on screen. They can review the terms and then simply using the mouse, touch screen or pen (depending on the device) will sign their name. The contract is saved in PDF format and sent to the client via email.

Are electronic signatures legally valid?

Yes. Electronic signatures are legally recognised in the UK for this type of agreement, especially as these are signed within the system and stored as a PDF along with the timestamp.

Can we customise the contract wording?

Yes. Rhadar provides you with up to three different contracts for you to cusomtise. You can utilise one, two or all three. This is perfect if you have different contract terms & conditions for different services.

Where are signed contracts stored?

Against the client record in the UK-hosted, encrypted document store. These documents are not editable once they are signed.
