How it works
Client Sessions
This is the main screen that Therapists will use. This is where client sessions are added and in addtion, all the client session information and past sessions are held here. If your Rhadar is GAD-7, PHQ-9 or Mood & Anxiety enabled, additional questions are presented after adding the session.
Session Notes
Enter full session notes including attendance status, payment information and full session details. Enter additional GAD-7, PHQ-9 and Mood & Anxienty information if enabled on your Rhadar system.
Frequently asked questions
Can we record group therapy sessions?
Yes. Group therapy is fully supported alongside one-to-one work. There is a seperate Group Therapy menu however all clients within a Therapy Group will have the group therapy session recorded within their own profile.
Are outcome measures tied to sessions?
Yes. Outcome measures completed during or after a session are attached to it and to the client record. There are a number of reports that will generate specific results, for example attendance statistics.
Can therapists see a client's full session history?
Yes, therapists can see all sessions for all clients that are assigned to them. Admin users are able to see all clients and all client sessions.
What happens if we have to record GAD-7 as well?
Simply enter your session information, and then check the box labelled "Do you want to complete a GAD-7 assessment for this session?" When adding the session another screen will appear that will present you with the 7 GAD questions. The answers to these will be stored against that session.
What happens if we have to record PHQ-9 as well?
Simply enter your session information, and then check the box labelled "Do you want to complete a PHQ-9 assessment for this session?" When adding the session another screen will appear that will present you with the 9 PHQ questions. The answers to these will be stored against that session.
What happens if we have to record Mood & Anxiety as well?
Simply enter your session information, and then check the box labelled "Send Mood & Anxiety assessment request to client for this session?" When adding the session an email will be send to the client notifiying them that they need to complete the questionnaire. They will then log in to their portal where the form will be presented. The results will be stored against the relevant session.
