How is Rhadar priced?
Rhadar uses a simple per-user, per-month model. You only ever pay for the users on the system. Pricing tiers automatically apply larger discounts as your total number of users grows, and the number of clients you can create is unlimited.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. There is no set-up fee. Your Rhadar system can be ready to use within 24 hours of signing up.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Rhadar is a monthly rolling contract, giving you complete flexibility to scale up or down as your service changes.
How am I billed?
You are invoiced on the first working day of each month for the number of Admin, Therapist, Supervisor and Service User accounts on the system, both active and archived. Prices are subject to VAT.
What happens if my user numbers change during the month?
If your total user count moves into a different pricing band — up or down — your prices automatically adjust for the following invoice, so you always pay the fairest rate.
Is there a limit on the number of clients I can add?
No. The number of clients (service users you support) is unlimited on every plan. You only pay for the staff and portal accounts that log in to Rhadar.
Is Rhadar hosted in the UK?
Yes. Rhadar is hosted entirely in UK data centres, with military-grade encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups and multi-factor authentication built in.
Do you offer discounts for charities?
No. Our prices are already comptetitively priced. We do however offer quantity discounts apply automatically as your user count grows, and we work with mental health charities and third-sector organisations on volume pricing where appropriate. Talk to our team for details.
What support is included?
Every plan includes full user support, an online support portal, and access to our UK-based team by phone and email — at no extra cost.
Can we migrate data from our existing system?
Yes however this will depend on where the data is coming from. Speak with our onboarding team who will be able to advise on the migration of client records, appointments and historical outcome data from spreadsheets or other systems.
