Rhadar is an intuitive and easy to use system however our team are avialable and willing to undertake training sessions using Teams.
We are ICO registered, GDPR compliant and Cyber Essentials + Certified. In addition, all Rhadar user accounts are protected by secure passwords and MFA. Our backups are stored in the UK and are encrypted using military grade encryption
Migration of data is possible however this will very much depend on where the data is coming from. Speak to our team and we will ascertain whether data migration is possible

FAQ content will be supplied by the Rhadar CMS.
Different roles are granted different permissions, for example Therapists can only see their own client data. Admin roles can see all clients. Supervisors can only see Therapists assigned to them and the clients of those therapists.
