Client Document Store

Rhadar's client document store securely holds referral letters, GP letters, consent forms, correspondence and anything else you need to keep against a client's record. Documents are access-controlled securely stored and protected via the Rhadar Backup and Disaster Recovery procedures

How it works

Client Document Store

Every client has a Documents tab that wlil list all documents uploaded for that client. Clicking ont he Download button on each item will instantly download the document.

Upload a document

Simply name the file and click on Choose file. The system will take you to your local (or cloud-based) drives where you can select the file. Click on Publish to ensure that the assigned therapists can view the file otherwise it will only be the admin roles that will see it.

What file types are supported?

We don't restrict the type of document, this is a file storage system so if you even want to upload a zip file you can.

Where are documents stored?

In secure UK data centres, encrypted at rest and in transit. They are protected by our advanced security and even further protected by our backup and disaster recovery plans.

Can we control who sees which documents?

Yes. Access is controlled by role-based permissions and every access is auditable. On top of that Admins can choose to upload files that are not visible to the therapists. In this case only admins will be able to view them.
