How it works

Client Communication Log

Here therapists and admin users can add any relevant client (or staff) communication and cateogorise it as Email, Telephone, WhatsApp, or SMS/Text message. The communication log can also be included in the Session History export.

Frequently asked questions

Does the log capture emails automatically?

No, we currently don't integrate with external systems, mainly for security reasons. The process, however, is simple, just type in the communication or copy and paste from your email system.

Can we search the log?

Not at the moment. You can however export the session history to excel and include the communication log where you can then search and filter as required.

Can I export the communications?

Of course, simply go to the Client sessions and export remembering to check the box to include the communications log. The export will then sort everything chronologically.

Is the log admissible for complaints or audit?

Yes. Every entry has a type and a date for audit trails.

Can other therpapists see my clients' communication logs

No, only you and the system administrators are able to see your clients and the information held within each client.
