How it works

Client Waiting List KPI Report

This report will show the clients within your search parameters and will display how long a client stays on the waiting list before they are assigned a Therapist, and also will summarise the results across the contained data to give you an average across the data set.

Client First Session Report

This report will show the clients within your search parameters and will display how long a client waits from becoming an active client to having their first session. The report will show individual clients and also will summarise the results across the contained data to give you an average across the data set.
