Frequently asked questions
Can I book in a session for any client?
If you are an admin account then yes, admins have access to all clients. If you are a therapist, then no, you will only be able to book in sessions for your own clients.
I have configured my working times, can a session be booked outside of these hours?
No. Once your working hours are entered in your profile, nether you nor any admin can book in a session outside of these hours. The calendar will show these out of working hours as greyed out.
Can I double book a room?
No, Rhadar knows if a room is already booked for that time slot and will prevent double-booking

Is the calendar only for Sessions?
No, staff events just as meetings, holidays and supervisions can also be booked in through the calendar
If I can't see other clients not assigned to me howe will I know if rooms have been booked?
In the calendar you will still see the appointment however when looking at the details of the booking you will not see the client or therapist name.
I have 20 rooms, won't this look cluttered?
No, Rhadar allows colour coding to be adopted when creating the rooms so on the calendar you will see the rooms as coloured boxes.
