Frequently asked questions
Is it easy to differentiate between each meeting room?
Yes, when creating/editing a meeting room you can assign a unique colour to it. Then, within the calendar any booking for a meeting room will be displayed with that colour
Is there a limit to the number of rooms I can have?
No, if you have 50 meeting rooms across several locations, add them all in.
Can I double book meeting rooms?
No. Once a meeting or session has been assigned to the meeting room in the calendar, any subsequent attempts to book another meeting or session at the same time will result in a warning from the system preventing you to do that.
