The story
The challenge
This London-based charity is a large child and adult psychotherapy service that also delivers counsellor-training programmes. With more than 100 therapists and 20 admin staff, it works with individuals and schools providing counselling services, while training the next generation of therapists.
Before Rhadar, the charity was operating on a combination of smaller line-of-business tools and paper-based processes. The set-up worked when the charity was smaller but was creaking under a rapidly growing caseload, dual clinical and training workflows, and the reporting demands of trustees and funders.

The solution
The charity moved to Rhadar in 2020. Some of the specific components required for the training side of the organisation weren't in Rhadar out-of-the-box, so our engineering and development team agreed the specifications and built them directly into the platform — future-proofing them for other counsellor-training organisations too.
Rhadar is now the primary tool for both the counselling service and the counsellor-training programmes. With more than 150 total users on the system, dedicated UK hosting and always-included support give the charity a fast, reliable platform that is heavily used every day for reporting and day-to-day client and student management.

What's next
